What is the Art of Hosting (AoH)?

We call it The Art of Hosting, because it is an art to become skillful at helping ourselves and others work well together, especially in these volatile times of increasing complexity. 

We talk about hosting, because what is offered here is not a typical facilitation or moderated session. It gives attention and care to all aspects of people’s work together, intending to host them in being successful and efficient.

It provides a new approach to collaborative leadership and change that is being applied in companies, private sector, academic, and educational settings, as well as social change efforts around the world.



What will You learn?

Art of Hosting Tara is a 2-day training event designed to help you learn  powerful processes that build  team spirit, activate collective intelligence and foster individual and collaborative leadership practices.

Over 2 days you will have an opportunity to participate and practice the hosting of conversations that address some of the complex challenges of our times.

By collaborating together through this exciting network of people full of energy and passion, we can exercise the great potential within each of us.

Many of our current challenges can’t be solved with the methods or mindsets of the past. The AoH gives us the leadership training and tools we need to try new approaches, engage the creative intelligence of all stakeholders, and build the trust and connections that will move us forward.
This training will include many of the practitioners who are already applying the AoH in their work.
